Design Standard — AS 2304
AS 2304 is the Australian standard that sets out the requirements for the design and construction of bolted steel circular water tanks for the storage of water. This standard also provides guidance on water sources and qualities that influence tank design and construction, together with water conservation measures.
Process and Technology
Zincalume Tanks manufacturing and installation include many carefully controlled steps:

Corrugation of Sheets
Sheets undergo the process of corrugation through a corrugation machine at our plant to provide additional strength to the steel panel and create a durable tank structure. -
Cutting, Holes Drilling, and Curving
Corrugated steel is cut into the required panel sizes. The sheet panels then undergo drilling on advanced CNC machines and are finally curved on the curving machine. -
Installation Process
At site, panels are joined using nuts and bolts in a top-to-bottom ring-wise manner. Roof installation, accessories, liner fixing, corrosion-protection caps, and standard securing processes are completed according to the design. The liquid remains safely contained inside the liner membrane, which is also available in food-grade material and NSF 61.
Every process takes place with special care and sincerity to provide satisfactory quality and strength of tanks.
